So you've booked a meeting room at King West!

The King West Building
Our King West space is located on the 4th floor of 73 Bathurst Street in downtown Toronto. It's an old, red brick building (above the Banknote Pub) with a very unassuming entrance off Bathurst Street. Take the stairs to the 4th floor.

*If you are coming in during regular business hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) the street door will be unlocked. If you're coming in before/after hours or on a weekend, you will need to activate Kisi before entering the building...

Accessing The Space (What is Kisi?)
We use an app called Kisi, which turns your smartphone into a keycard for accessing the space! If you are the person who made the booking, you should get an email invitation to Kisi 15 minutes prior to your booking.

If it's your first time booking a room:
After you've installed the app, follow the "Sign up" link in the email invitation to create your account. Make sure you allow all permissions (location services, Bluetooth etc). You should then see our location within the app.

If you've booked a room before / already have the app:
You should automatically see our location within the app 15 minutes before your booking. Any problems? Just text the PS Hotline.

Additional Guests

Anyone else requiring access during your booking (team members, clients etc) will need to be manually invited to Kisi. Please send a text to the PS Hotline (the earlier, the better) with their full names and email addresses. We will then send them Kisi invites via email, and they can follow the same steps as above.

Coffee, Tea & Sparkling Water
During your booking, you can help yourself to complimentary coffee, tea and sparkling water, located in the kitchen (4th floor).

Coffee
Our coffee, sourced from local company Propellor Coffee Co, is ground fresh throughout the day! You can also help yourself to oat milk in the fridge. No coffee? Follow these steps to brew a new batch, or simply text the PS Hotline and we'll help you out!

Tea
We have a wide variety of loose-leaf teas from Pluck! Grab a tea bag from the side of the tea stand, select the tea of your choice, and use the metal scoop to fill the tea bag (just 1 scoop recommended). Close with the attached string, place the tea bag into a mug, then fill the mug with hot water from the little, red tap on the top left corner of the coffee machine.


Sparkling Water
We also have cold, filtered water (both sparkling and still) available from the grey iON machine located beside the coffee machine.
