The most common issue we've seen is members getting an error message that their Bluetooth is off, when it appears to be on in your phone's Settings.

If you're having this issue, follow these steps:

1) Open the Kisi app to the "Places" screen (where you can see both Project Spaces locations).

2) Tap the gear icon in the top right-hand corner.

3) Select the "Introduction" option.

4) Tap "Let's Start" on the next screen, and you'll be taken through the steps to allow all permissions on your phone (make sure you allow ALL permissions to their max). This seems to fix the issue 99% of the time.
